Orders and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 10 to 15 days after you order. You will get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our studio, usually within two business days.
Do I pay customs or duties?
For orders shipped to the United States, the price you see at checkout is the final price. No additional duties are collected on delivery. For other countries, any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are shown at checkout where we can calculate them.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once it is in transit we can ask the carrier to redirect it, but we cannot guarantee it.
The kit itself
Is the canvas already stretched?
It depends which option you choose. Rolled Canvas arrives as a rolled sheet with no frame. Stretched Canvas is already mounted on a wooden stretcher but has no outer frame. Framed Canvas arrives stretched and set into a light oak frame, ready to hang.
Will I run out of paint?
Each colour is filled about 20 percent above what the design needs. If you do run short, email us and we will send a replacement pot free of charge. You do not need to buy a second kit.
What if I make a mistake?
Acrylic covers acrylic. Let the wrong patch dry, then paint over it with the correct colour. For a mistake in a large flat area, two thin coats look better than one thick one.
Is it suitable for children?
We recommend 14 and up. The brushes are fine-tipped and the paint pots are small, so younger children need an adult nearby.
Do the numbers show through the paint?
With one normal coat, no. If you are painting a very light colour over a dark printed number, use two thin coats rather than one heavy one.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery. Unopened kits can be returned for a full refund. Opened kits cannot be returned for change of mind, but if something is missing, damaged or printed incorrectly, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, if the problem is ours. If you changed your mind and the kit is unopened, return shipping is yours.
