Where we ship from
All orders are packed and dispatched from our own studio. We do not use drop shippers, which is why we can tell you exactly what is in the box and check it before it leaves.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 2 business days. Custom kits take an extra 2 to 3 days because the design has to be prepared and approved before printing.

These are working-day estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Peak seasons add a few days, and we will say so on the site when that happens rather than after you have ordered.
Tracking
Every parcel ships with tracking. You will receive a link by email once the carrier scans it, which is usually 1 to 3 days after dispatch.
Duties and taxes
United States: prices include any applicable duties. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.
Other countries: import duties and taxes are set by your country, not by us, and are the recipient’s responsibility. We show an estimate at checkout where the carrier supports it.
Free shipping
Orders over $59 ship free to the United States. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it at our cost.
