Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we may cancel and refund the order before it ships.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices for US destinations include applicable duties. For other destinations, import charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the item price.
Product descriptions
We describe our kits as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so the finished painting may look slightly different from your monitor, particularly in the warmer tones. Differences of this kind are not considered defects.
Intellectual property
The artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to us or to the illustrators who licensed the designs to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use. The physical kit you buy is yours to keep, gift or display.
Custom kits
When you upload a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We will not print images that infringe someone else’s rights, and we may decline an order for that reason.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as a gift arriving late.
Governing law
